Carriers are not liable for message content or delivery, and Afconia Analytics is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors caused by carrier systems.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our AI agents and messaging systems responsibly and legally

You are solely responsible for the content, compliance, and legality of communications sent on your behalf.

7. Payments & Refunds

Services are billed monthly or per written agreement
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, AI systems, prompts, workflows, strategies, and materials remain the exclusive property of Afconia Analytics.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

SEO results depend on third-party platforms and algorithms beyond our control
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended responses
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
We make no warranties, express or implied

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afconia Analytics shall not be liable for:

Lost profits or revenue
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afconia Analytics from any claims, damages, penalties, or legal fees arising from:

12. Data Access & Deletion Rights
